set initial position fails on scene reload
«

When I set the initial position of the bricks in my wall, save the scene, and reload, they come back slightly transformed and outside of their collision box. These random positions are corrupting my work.
I attached an image. I'm using Maya 7.0.1 and saving the files in maya ascii. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
