I don't find anything about animated textures (gif, avi, mpeg ... files) in the Collada specifications to control how to store the playing mode (LOOP, PING PONG, FIXED TIMES ...). I tried to export with ColladaMax and no parameter about the playing mode appeared even in extra section.

Does ColladaMax exports this kind feature ?

I'm afraid neither COLLADA nor ColladaMax support animated textures or movie textures.
