How Omnipresence Works
Omnipresence is a top-level visualization and decision-making security application. Omnipresence enables control-room operators to make intuitive use of large-scale, complex security infrastructure. Integrating with standard security hardware and software (see our growing list of Partners), Omnipresence unifies all security information into an easily-understood 3D map interface.

Benefits of Omnipresence
With Omnipresence, control-room operators spend less of their valuable time trying to find the relevant information in their security system, and instead apply their effort efficiently to keep the facility secure.
Add Visual Context to All Security Information
Omnipresence is an open system designed to integrate with other open security systems. Using the same 3D context that is used for video feeds, other security information, such as alarms from access control systems and video analytics, can be integrated into the 3D view. This provides a complete, global security picture, unified within a common interface which is easily understood at a glance.
Remove Need to Memorize Camera Locations
With the context of the 3D environment, Omnipresence removes the need for operators to memorize camera names and numbers. With every camera’s current and potential position intuitively understood through the 3D environment, the operator needs only to navigate over the area of interest, and ALL relevant cameras are shown. This reduces operator response time, drastically improving the value of the surveillance system to respond to emergency incidents.
Following Suspects in Real Time
Following a moving person of interest from camera to camera, in real time, as they move throughout a large facility is an impossible challenge with traditional video surveillance systems. Omnipresence knows, at any instant, the coverage area of every single camera in the system. As such, the operator needs to only point in the desired direction, and Omnipresence finds the best camera to view that area. Omnipresence also significantly reduces the time spent gathering recorded evidence.
Maximize the Value of PTZ and Panoramic Cameras
Omnipresence dynamically updates the current coverage of the PTZ camera, and also displays the full potential coverage area of each PTZ camera. To make these cameras even more useful, Omnipresence allows the operator to click on any area in the entire facility marked as a potential coverage area, and the best PTZ to view that point will move to the clicked point. Operators no longer need to try to guess which camera has the optimal viewpoint of any point in the facility, or use clumsy PTZ navigation devices.
